Rates and Insurance

EMHC is considered an out-of-network provider. We decided to not accept insurance for many reasons, but the primary reason is to help protect your confidentiality. When you use your insurance for mental health sessions, the insurance companies can request access to your records. 

Cost for Sessions – Your session cost will vary based on who you are working with. You can expect to pay between $50 and $230 per 50-minute session. Rates are listed under each provider. You can check the "Our Providers" tab for rates for each provider.

Recoving Costs– Most insrance plans have out-of-network benefits. EMHC has partnered with Mentya tWe have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use the tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

Good Faith Estimate – While it is difficult to estiamte how long your journey with EMHC will be, we provide a Good Faith Estimate to help you understand at a minimum how much you could expect to spend while working with one of our providers. Expect to receive this around the 3rd session when a plan for treatment will be developed.
